* **Creation Date:** Mentions the date and time when the record was created.
* **Agent**: The agent who processed the call.
* **Department**: The department name to which the agent belongs.
* **From Number:** The number that was used to make the call.
* **Duration**: The time period for which the call lasted.
* **Status**: It is always Passed on this page.
* **Total Words:** The number of words spoken during the call.
* **Actions**: The Actions column includes View Call Details, Play Recording, Download Recording, Call Log, and Delete icons.
