# Dashboard

After logging in, the first screen that appears is the Dashboard, which summarizes your call QA activities and other information.

* **·Departments:** Shows the number of departments that you have created.
* **Agents**: Shows the number total number of QA agents.
* **Recordings Processed:** Denotes the number of recordings that have been processed.
* **Recordings Passed:** Mentions the number of recordings that have passed call QA.
* **Recordings Failed:** Shows the number of recordings that have failed QA.
* **Ratios**: Depicts the processing, passed, and failed recordings graphically.
* **Agent Failure Ratio**: Depicts the ratio of agent failures in a pie chart.
* **Department Fail Ratio**: Shows the department failure ratio graphically.
* **Line Chart:** Represents the recordings data graphically.
