After logging in, the first screen that appears is the Dashboard, which summarizes your call QA activities and other information.

  • Β·Departments: Shows the number of departments that you have created.

  • Agents: Shows the number total number of QA agents.

  • Recordings Processed: Denotes the number of recordings that have been processed.

  • Recordings Passed: Mentions the number of recordings that have passed call QA.

  • Recordings Failed: Shows the number of recordings that have failed QA.

  • Ratios: Depicts the processing, passed, and failed recordings graphically.

  • Agent Failure Ratio: Depicts the ratio of agent failures in a pie chart.

  • Department Fail Ratio: Shows the department failure ratio graphically.

  • Line Chart: Represents the recordings data graphically.
