After logging in, the first screen that appears is the Dashboard, which summarizes your call QA activities and other information.
Β·Departments: Shows the number of departments that you have created.
Agents: Shows the number total number of QA agents.
Recordings Processed: Denotes the number of recordings that have been processed.
Recordings Passed: Mentions the number of recordings that have passed call QA.
Recordings Failed: Shows the number of recordings that have failed QA.
Ratios: Depicts the processing, passed, and failed recordings graphically.
Agent Failure Ratio: Depicts the ratio of agent failures in a pie chart.
Department Fail Ratio: Shows the department failure ratio graphically.
Line Chart: Represents the recordings data graphically.
